  7. YAM is a free, MUI based e-mail package for the Amiga.
  8. This final version is a minor update to V2.1. Due to lack of time and
  9. motivation I gave up development of YAM. The sources have been released
  10. under the GNU General Public License. If you want to develop this program
  11. further or if you want to port it to a different operating system, visit
  12. the YAM OpenSource homepage at http://yamos.sourceforge.net

  18. To minimize download time, YAM 2.2 is distributed in four different LhA
  19. archives which must be unpacked into the same directory before installation.

  35. - bsdsocket.library compatible TCP/IP software like Miami, AmiTCP, Genesis or
  36.   TermiteTCP
  37. - PGP 2.6.x or 5.x (required only for composing or reading encrypted mail)
  38. - XPK libraries (required only for compressed folders)
  39. - Internet provider who supports POP3 and SMTP services
